2. Website hosting

This website is intended to be hosted using Vercel. To deliver and secure the website, technical information may be processed automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the date and time of a request.

3. Website analytics

TAVEROQ may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve it over time. This may include aggregated information such as page views, referring source, approximate geographic information, and browser or device information.

TAVEROQ does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tracking.

4. Contact by email

When you contact TAVEROQ by email, the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message — may be processed in order to respond to your inquiry and continue any relevant business communication.

5. Booking calls with Cal.com

The “Book a free automation call” buttons on this website are external links to Cal.com (https://cal.com/taveroq/automation-call). TAVEROQ does not embed Cal.com on this website and does not send any personal information to Cal.com before you follow this link.

Once you open Cal.com and submit booking information — such as your name, email address, and requested time — that information is processed by Cal.com in accordance with Cal.com’s own Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

This website's own application does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies.

Hosting or infrastructure providers may set cookies or similar technical identifiers that are outside TAVEROQ's direct control. Please refer to the relevant provider's own documentation for details.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Data recipients and service providers

TAVEROQ may share limited data with external service providers where necessary for them to provide their services:

  • Vercel — website hosting and website analytics
  • Cal.com — appointment booking
  • Infomaniak — email services

9. International data processing

Some of the service providers listed above may process data outside Switzerland. Where this occurs, that provider's own contractual and privacy safeguards apply. TAVEROQ selects providers that are expected to handle data responsibly and in line with applicable data protection principles.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable Swiss data protection law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request information about the data held about you, and to request correction or deletion where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact vaclav@taveroq.ch.
